Overview
Our refund and returns policy lasts 5 days. If 5 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Refunds&Returns
Goods once sold cannot be returned. However, items may be redeemed or exchanged depending on the situation and approval.
Shipping returns
Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery and contact us if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Damages caused by third-party delivery or parcel services are not the responsibility of Taraji Fits.
